Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to optimize recruitment efforts.
• Assist in the development and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
