This is a full-time on-site role for a customer care Executive at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The customer care Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting market research, effective communication, and driving sales initiatives.

• Dial Outbound calls and providing the information about the product and Generating Leads
• New Leads and Lead Generation skills
• Market Research skills
• Communication skills
• Sales skills

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
