Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of Telecaller at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd, a leading Recruitment Agency & Staffing Industry. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our recruitment services, and generating business opportunities. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in telecalling and a strong background in B2B sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Good understanding of the recruitment industry
• Experience in B2B sales and customer service
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
