We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and products. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, offering a competitive salary.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Quality Analyst
• Proficient in proofreading and copy editing
• Experience with publishing and content management systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of Zoho and learning management systems
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality analysis of our services and products
• Identify and document quality standards, processes, and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall quality
• Collaborate with the development and operations teams to address and rectify quality issues
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of quality analysis and improvement initiatives
• Provide recommendations for process and system enhancements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address quality concerns
