Job Overview


We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales calls, and closing deals. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and requires a junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales process knowledge and persuasive abilities.
  • Market insight and ability to identify potential clients.
  • Service presentation skills to articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English languages for effective communication.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate leads and build a pipeline through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Conduct sales calls to potential clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
