We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle difficult customers in a calm and professional manner
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in customer service or related role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and social media to provide information and resolve any issues or concerns
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively address customer queries
• Assist customers in navigating our website and online platforms
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvements
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services
• Track and document customer interactions and transactions
• Escalate unresolved issues or complaints to the appropriate department
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
