Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering and III fellowship, MBA Marketing
Experience: 5-6 Years in General Insurance (Mechanical Engineering Portfolio)
Salary: upto 6 lpa
Role & Responsibilities:
• Understand the product and business proposition and explain / demonstrate it to the clients and business associates
• Handle the end to end process of identification of leads, engage in business discussion, sign up and operationalize the business tie-up.
• Handle all documentation related to the tie up first proposal, Presentation, agreements etc indepantly.
• Develop business systems and processes for efficient operationalization of the account.
• Evaluate potential of Business, future forecasts and present evaluation of Business potential.
• Responsible for entire Platinum Business generation in the designated areas of the company.
• Getting into Strategic alliance with the Clients for new revenue generating services and net- work expansion synergetic to the core business.
• Formulate work with Business Head to develop and improve sales channels to enhance product line sales.
• Handling Grievance of Team Members.
• Working as per the minimum target and RFQ condition mentioned in the Target Sheet.
• Where ever required involve the CEO.
