The sales and BD lead will be responsible for developing networks and connections with travel agents, and Kangra based hotels and resorts, to create ‘visit and experience’ packages around these activities in our village. The

Responsibilities

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

- Present our company and its USP to potential clients

- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients


 - Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and TBC founders

- Report to the founders on a weekly basis on sales leads and results

- Stay up-to-date with new products/services that TBC is developing in order to

look out for potential clients, and to produce new pricing plans

Requirements and skills

- Proven work experience of min 1 year as a Business Development Representative, Sales account executive, or similar role

- Excellent negotiation skills to get the best deals for the business

- Excellent communication skills, and proven record of maintaining good long

term relationships with clients.

- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

- Track record of achieving sales quotas

- Experience with CRM software

- Excellent handle on MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts, preparing

detailed spreadsheets on active and ongoing business leads)

- Thorough understanding of sales performance metrics

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to deliver engaging presentations

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

Remuneration- Commensurate with experience and the scale of responsibilities the candidate is able to undertake from this extensive list.
