The Project Manager is responsible for the seamless coordination and timely completion of

production projects. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project planning and

execution from inception to completion. The Project Manager will establish deadlines, assign

responsibilities, and monitor and report on the progress of projects. A strong understanding of

manufacturing processes, including precision machining, die casting, investment casting,

forging, sheet metal fabrication, and precision fabrication, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered in line with customer expectations

and timelines.

2. Budget Adherence: Strictly manage project budgets to avoid overruns.

3. Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from the development stage

through to production, ensuring all major milestones are met.

4. Vendor Management: Effectively manage vendors to meet company standards for

billing, quality, and timelines.

5. Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement systems to enhance factory

efficiency and productivity. Utilize value engineering methods to optimize

performance across all projects.

6. Export Shipping and Documentation: Manage export shipping processes and

handle all related documentation to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

7. Customer Handling: Ability to prepare technical presentations and present them to

the customer during project kick-offs, provide weekly progress updates, and respond

quickly to customer inquiries.

8. Internal Team Coordination: Ability to effectively coordinate with team members

(including Quality, Vendor Management, and Finance) to ensure seamless

collaboration and progress throughout the project.

9. Project Monitoring & Control: Ability to prepare project tracking sheets, monitor

project status, resolve issues during execution, follow internal processes, maintain

necessary documentation, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven record of delivering and managing multiple vendors for projects

2. Education: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial and

Production Engineering, or a related field.

3. Experience: 7+ Years of Proven experience in the manufacturing field.

4. Skillset:

o Communication and organizational skills.

o Strong multi-tasking abilities.

o Proficient in planning, management, and leadership.

o Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define and implement effective

processes and strategies.

o Proficiency in office software.

o Languages – Hindi, English (Preferred)
