Position Overview:

We seek a highly motivated Associate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Hiraya Digital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and marketing, with the ability to create and manage engaging social media content. They should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and be available during US time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client needs and goals.
• Support the marketing team in creating innovative campaigns to engage clients' target audiences.
• Assist in managing social media postings across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Contribute to the creation of high-quality content including social media graphics, content calendars, emailers, and websites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address clients' challenges in real time.
• Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to assist in producing compelling visual content.
• Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive website traffic.
• Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
• Participate in the analysis of campaign performance metrics and contribute to optimization recommendations.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Contribute to providing strategic solutions and innovative ideas within the team.
• Support effective communication of ideas and strategies to clients.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing roles, with exposure to digital marketing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to work dynamically and effectively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging content.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
• Experience using project management software like Asana is a plus.
• Availability to collaborate effectively during US time zones as needed.
