Job Responsibilities:
· Lead the process of planning sales targets for sales team.
· Participate in the recruitment process, allocate targets, track, monitor, review and guide performance, provide developmental feedback, suggest training programs and facilitate the developmental process for the sales team.
· Identify the channel partners needed for the business & to create a strong bonding with channel partners for the brand & company thru high level of service & support.
· Translate the business growth plans into clear & stretchable sales targets and ensure that sales & marketing teams KRA’s are oriented to achieve those.
· Maintaining & increasing sales of company’s products.
· Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer base.
· Setting sales targets for individual salesperson and the team as a whole.
· Monitoring team performance and motivating them to reach their targets.
· Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
· Collecting customer feedback and keeping up to date with market trends.

8+ years experience in team handling. 5 Years & above of experience as Zonal Manager / Sales Manager leading a sales team of TN, Kerala, Karnataka.
