Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior US Customer Service Representative with 1 to 3 years of experience for a full-time position located in Bhayandar, Thane, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, specifically within the US market and support programs. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of customer service excellence that Hindustan Recruitment promises.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have experience in customer service with strong capabilities in managing US customer support processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with the collection process and ability to adapt to US collection procedures effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven expertise in international calling, demonstrating an ability to manage multiple time zones and cultural nuances efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity and professionalism in interactions with clients.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems used in customer service for heightened efficiency.

  • Provide excellent customer service support to US clients, ensuring a positive interaction and resolution of inquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing international calls, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Engage with customers regarding the US collection process, ensuring clear communications and effective solutions.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to collaborate with other team members and departments for comprehensive customer service.
  • Document and report customer service experiences and insights to contribute to organizational service improvements.
  • Keep abreast of industry practices and company policies to ensure compliance and service excellence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling customer data and sensitive information.
