Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and candidate specifications.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to target and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the negotiation of job offers and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate best practices into recruitment processes.
