Job Overview
Hindustan Recruitment is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Delhi location. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing, interviewing, and screening candidates to find the best fit for our clients' needs. This is a full-time position that requires excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to work effectively within our dynamic team and provide high-quality recruitment services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques including use of job boards, social media platforms, and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Experience in conducting candidate interviews and utilizing various screening methods to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate and close offers with candidates.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships through effective networking practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly and efficiently with candidates and clients.
- Understanding of human resources principles and practices, particularly in recruitment and selection.
- Experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering quality candidates in a timely manner.
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and attract potential candidates using databases, job boards, social media, and other professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Perform background checks and references to ensure candidate suitability.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates and finalize offer presentations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic talent acquisition plans.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive intelligence, and employment issues affecting recruitment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
