Roles & responsibilities
● Recruit and onboard employees for internship and full-time roles.
● Internally manage & allocate roles in the recruitment team
● Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee
engagement and retention
● Build a strong community, who learn from each other
● Connect with team members to understand the gaps and design solutions for the same
● Support in employee lifecycle onboarding to deboarding
● Support employee engagement
● Collaborates with employees to understand and implement the training needs of
employees
● Mentor the junior HR team members for the best results
