Job Overview

We are seeking a Study Abroad Counselor to join our dynamic team at Hindustan Recruitment. This is a full-time junior position based in Noida, Gurgaon, or Delhi that requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a mandatory knowledge of study abroad programs and will be responsible for guiding students through the process of studying internationally.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide students through the application process, including documentation, interviews, and securing visas.
• Collaborate with international educational institutions to establish and maintain partnerships and exchange programs.
• Plan and conduct informational sessions, workshops, and webinars to promote study abroad opportunities to potential candidates.
• Analyze market trends and student requirements to recommend new study abroad destinations and programs.
• Support students in adjusting to new cultural settings, providing advice for overcoming common challenges they may face abroad.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase awareness and participation in study abroad programs.
• Maintain up-to-date records of student interactions, progress, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement of counseling services.
