Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Senior Manager in New Delhi. The Performance Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance, managing a team of performance marketers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in performance marketing, including but not limited to PPC, Paid Social, and Display Advertising
• Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
• Experience managing a team of performance marketers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
