Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  1. Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive revenue growth and expand business or tenure scope. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Sales Training and Development:
  1. Train sales professionals and help improve their skills.
  2. Develop and execute tailored account strategies to achieve client goals and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and solutions in the areas of Operations, Marketing, and Product.
  2. Work with internal stakeholders to develop targeted marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis:
  1. Analyze client needs, market trends, and industry insights to develop effective account plans.
  2. Implement account strategies to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives.
  3. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.


You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnership & Alliances within Healthcare or similar companies.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
  • Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and industry insights.

Qualification
