Job Overview

Hindustan Recruitment is seeking a Junior Overseas Counselor for a full-time position based in Noida, Gurgaon, or Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a strong passion for guiding students through study abroad opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of study abroad programs (Mandatory skill) to assist students in understanding their options and opportunities available in different countries.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and advice to students and their families.
• Understanding of visa requirements to guide students through the application process and ensure compliance.
• Cultural sensitivity to cater to diverse backgrounds and provide respectful, inclusive advice and support.
• Ability to advise on academic programs, ensuring students can make informed choices regarding their education abroad.
• Customer service skills to provide outstanding support and assistance throughout the counseling process.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple student cases efficiently and keep accurate records of their progress.
• Ability to work with diverse populations, understanding their unique needs and tailoring advice accordingly.

• Provide comprehensive guidance on visa applications, ensuring students are well-prepared with all necessary documentation.
• Deliver customized advice on academic and career pathways available through various international universities and colleges.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global educational trends and opportunities to provide accurate counseling services.
• Foster relationships with educational institutions abroad to enhance program offerings and opportunities for students.
• Organize and conduct informational sessions and workshops to raise awareness about study abroad programs and benefits.
• Support students in preparing for cultural adjustments by offering resources and advice on navigating new environments.
• Track and report on student progress, keeping detailed and confidential records in accordance with company policy.
