- Problem-Solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues efficiently and satisfactorily.
- Ability to Multitask and manage multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.

- Sales Skills to identify customer needs and offer suitable services or products to meet those needs effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Listen to customer queries and concerns, providing accurate information and resolutions promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure consistent service delivery across time zones.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify emerging customer issues and communicate these to relevant department heads for resolution.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and service goals set by the management team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Participate in continuous training and skill development programs to enhance service delivery and personal growth.
