Job Title- CUSTOMER SERVICE

Salary -32k to 38k plus incentives

Shift time- 7pm to 4am

5 days working

Location- THANE, WAGLE ESTATE

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in an international environment
• graduate/ Undergraduates
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as per business requirements
• Knowledge of BPO industry and international customer support practices
• Experience in collections, US sales, retentions, or customer support will be an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues and inquiries
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Effectively communicate with international clients to understand and address their specific needs
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance and compliance
• Document customer interactions and update customer records as necessary
• Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and make recommendations for enhancements
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
• Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the management
