Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Hindustan Recruitment. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers through targeted messaging and prospecting.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, conducting effective discovery calls, and identifying opportunities for our services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and consistent communication.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
• Close sales by negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, customer feedback, and trends for continuous improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to effectively position our services in the market.
