Job Overview

We are seeking motivated HR Recruiter Interns to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This is a full-time internship opportunity suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, candidate screening, and human resources, working under the guidance of experienced professionals.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in recruitment processes and a solid understanding of various recruitment methods (Mandatory skill).
  • Adept at candidate screening techniques and understanding of how to match applicants to roles (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong human resources knowledge to support recruitment strategies and processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Effective interviewing skills to discern candidates' abilities and potential fit for roles.
  • Competence in sourcing candidates through various channels including online databases and social media.
  • Talent acquisition capabilities to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts to leverage for current and future hiring needs.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial rounds of interviews and assess applicant’s qualifications and experiences.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and track recruiting metrics to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to network with potential candidates.
  • Work closely with the HR team to support talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Contribute to reporting and analytical tasks to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
