Qualifications and Skills

- Ability to organize onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth induction process for new employees.
- Build and maintain positive employee relations to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Efficient in performing data entry tasks with high accuracy to maintain detailed employee records.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple HR activities effectively.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure compliance with job descriptions and HR policies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Support the recruitment process by helping with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with compliance and policy requirements.
- Participate in organizing company events, programs, and HR activities.
- Provide support in employee relation matters and help resolve basic HR issues.
