About the Job: -

This is a full-time remote role for a health consultant. The health consultant will be responsible for providing analytical input and consulting services to clients, creating bespoke training plans suitable for the client's fitness needs, and providing excellent customer service and communication skills to clients.

Jobs and Responsibilities: -

● Prospecting clients for the premium plans of Company Group

● Handling new client acquisitions and converting free users to premium users

● Understand customer needs and requirements

● Understanding the sales process through Job Training

● Negotiating with users to arrive at the best deal for the client and the organization

● Generate quality leads to expand our customer base

● Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth

● Position our company as the category and industry leader.

● Improve our time spent winning and closing sales.

● Understand customer needs and requirements and, therefore, be able to pitch the appropriate plan for the client.

● Ability to prime leads and follow up for further development and closure.

● Close sales and achieve the monthly/weekly targets.

● Be a team player and build good relationships with clients.

Requirements: -

● Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from reputed institutions

● A health and fitness enthusiast who knows the health, wellness, and fitness domains.

● Must be familiar with exercise progression and weight loss.

● A minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.

● Good English speaking skills, along with proficiency in the regional languages Tamil and Telugu, are preferred.

● Excellent communication, listening, and convincing skills; enthusiastic, motivated, and aggressive.

● Strong negotiation skills, closing skills, and diligent follow-up skills
