Job Summary:

The Club Membership Associate is responsible for managing all aspects of the club's membership services, including sales, retention, and customer relations. This role involves providing exceptional service to prospective and existing members, ensuring their needs are met, and enhancing their overall experience at the club.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Membership Sales:
  • Actively promote and sell club memberships to prospective members.
  • Conduct membership tours, providing detailed information on club offerings, amenities, and benefits.
  • Follow up with potential members to close sales and address any concerns or questions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual membership sales targets.
  1. Member Onboarding and Retention:
  • Assist new members with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the club.
  • Maintain regular communication with current members to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and encourage renewal.
  • Develop and implement member retention programs to ensure long-term membership engagement.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all members and potential members.
  • Address membership inquiries, process changes, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for members regarding club services and events.
  1. Membership Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records in the club’s database.
  • Process membership applications, payments, and renewals.
  • Assist in managing membership levels, upgrades, and downgrades.
  1. Event and Program Support:
  • Promote and support member events, programs, and activities.
  • Assist in organizing and executing membership events and special promotions to drive engagement.
  • Collect feedback from members regarding events and programs to improve future offerings.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, and management) to ensure seamless service and enhance the overall club experience.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and promotional materials aimed at increasing membership growth.
