Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Guess Service Representative for our Agra location. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing memberships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with customers, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Guest Service Representative (Mandatory skill) with a minimum of 1 year in a related role.
- Membership Consultant experience (Mandatory skill) to assist in promoting and managing different membership programs.
- Excellent hotel sales skills with the ability to build relationships and influence customers effectively.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to enhance customer loyalty and retention through personalized service and follow-ups.
- Experience in explaining membership benefits clearly and convincingly to potential clients.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adaptable and quick learner to efficiently handle changes in service protocols and client demands.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in daily guest interactions by providing relevant information and resolving queries promptly.
- Manage and promote membership plans, helping clients to understand and maximize benefits.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with hotel sales teams to achieve sales targets and enhance overall revenue generation.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements for service offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of customer service standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while dealing with clients and team members.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and seek resolution in a timely manner.
