Role & responsibilities:


  • Good Experience in Corporate Real Estate Management.
  • Excellent in client management.
  • Good in maintenance, facilities management and project management,
  • Good in maintain the commercial buildings, utilized appropriate system to manage facility function, analysis and documentation.
  • Good in develop plans for facilities progress.
  • Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously.
  • Manage and maintain contact with internal and external "client/customers" maintain accurate records.
  • Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls adhere to all organization policies and procedures customers.
  • Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, its suppliers and customers.
  • Recruit new administrative employees, then orient and train them for their specific job
  • Maintain all the Inventory records and follow all the norms and processes as specified in the policy.
  • Reduce operating costs through vendor management.
  • Ensure Cost Control of admin overheads as per budget.
  • Support the strategic real estate portfolio plan and realize the strategy in the markets.
  • As part of the Group Corporate Real Estate team, drive the development and implementation of real estate standards and processes.


Preferred candidate profile:

Client Satisfaction & CRM.

Closure of Complaints.

All premises upkeep and hygiene maintained to necessary Levels.
