Facility Head / Facility Manager


  • Role & responsibilitiesGood Experience in Corporate Real Estate Management.
  • Excellent in client management.
  • Good in maintenance, facilities management and project management.
  • Good in maintaining commercial buildings, utilizing appropriate systems to manage facility functions, analysis, and documentation.
  • Good in developing plans for facilities progress.
  • Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously.
  • Manage and maintain contact with internal and external "client/customers".
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls, adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
  • Interact and cooperate with all members of the organization, its suppliers, and customers.
  • Recruit new administrative employees, then orient and train them for their specific job.
  • Maintain all the inventory records and follow all the norms and processes as specified in the policy.
  • Reduce operating costs through vendor management.
  • Ensure cost control of admin overheads as per budget.
  • Support the strategic real estate portfolio plan and realize the strategy in the markets.
  • As part of the Group Corporate Real Estate team, drive the development and implementation of real estate standards and processes.

  • Closure of Complaints.
  • All premises upkeep and hygiene maintained to necessary levels.
  • Corporate Real Estate, Commercial, Cost Management, Housekeeping Services, Contract Management, Risk Management, Facilities Management.


Location: Airoli

Timings: 9.30 to 6.30


Package:

  • Facility Head: 15lpa
