Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Facility Executive specializing in Real Estate for our office in Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are properly maintained and managed, emphasizing consistency, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in facility maintenance is mandatory for effective infrastructure management, ensuring seamless operations and maintenance.
  • Proficient in property management to ensure properties are well-maintained, operational, and comply with regulations.
  • Skilled in vendor management, including evaluating vendors, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Adept at budgeting to manage financial plans, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently across various facility needs.
  • Experience in lease administration to oversee property leases, renewals, and compliance with lease terms.
  • Ability to conduct contract negotiation to establish legally binding agreements that benefit both parties while mitigating risks.
  • Understanding of building operations to ensure buildings are safe, functional, and meet occupants' needs at all times.
  • Proficient in tenant relations to effectively address occupant concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee facility maintenance activities, ensuring all infrastructure is operational and maintained diligently.
  • Manage property management tasks, including routine inspections, repairs, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely service delivery and adhere to established maintenance schedules and guidelines.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for facility needs while minimizing overspend.
  • Administer lease agreements, ensuring renewals and termination processes comply with company policies and legal standards.
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers, securing favorable terms and ensuring continuity of essential services.
  • Ensure effective building operations by implementing best practices for safety, security, and functionality.
  • Maintain positive tenant relationships, addressing any facility-related issues promptly and efficiently.
