Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Facility Executive to join our team in Airoli. This full-time position requires between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing facilities, ensuring their optimal performance, and overseeing daily maintenance activities.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
  • Must have skill in facility management, with a proven track record of overseeing building infrastructure and operations (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance assessment (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong budgeting skills to control costs and manage financial resources effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in maintenance to ensure that facilities are well-kept and fully operational at all times.
  • Ability in space planning to utilize available space efficiently and accommodate organizational needs.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, clients, and team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address any issues or emergencies that may arise.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the facility to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and oversee the quality of work delivered.
  • Develop and implement facility management strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor the facility's budget to ensure all operations are within financial constraints.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure that the building infrastructure is always in good condition.
  • Plan space allocation and manage office layouts to maximize efficiency and comfort.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Address any facility-related emergencies or issues that arise promptly and effectively.
