Salary : Upto 25k
Experience:1 yr customer care experience
NOTE- Having at least one year of experience in the same domain (customer support)
walk-in interviews only.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Answering questions about a company’s products or services: Customer care employees should be knowledgeable about the company’s offerings and be able to answer both general and specific customer questions.
Processing orders and transactions: This may involve receiving and processing incoming orders, transactions, as well as handling order cancellations, product returns, or exchanges.
Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems: Customer care employees should be able to resolve product/service issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide ongoing technical assistance to customers.
Delivering information about a company’s offerings: Customer care employees should be able to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the company’s products and services.
Providing proactive customer outreach: Customer care employees should be able to reach out to customers proactively to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships
