We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all our guests.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
· Handle reservations, inquiries, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person.
· Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
· Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively.
· Maintain a welcoming and clean lobby area.
Qualifications:
· Degree in hospitality or Hotel Management a related field is a plus.
· Proficient in using reservation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry. 6 months -2years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
