Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate support
  • Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing customer concerns and complaints
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Upsell products or services to customers to maximize sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
  • Handle customer requests for information, quotes, or account updates
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
