Role Overview:
The Offline Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in expanding SSSI’s global footprint by forming strategic partnerships and overseeing international offline marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing collaborations with visa agencies, universities, and marketing agencies, as well as managing an international business development intern to implement offline activities. Additionally, the specialist will support setting up and managing SSSI’s physical offices in key international markets.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1. Strategic Partnerships with Visa Agencies o Build and maintain partnerships with visa agencies to expand SSSI’s offerings to international students. o Collaborate with agencies to align services with the unique needs of students studying abroad, ensuring SSSI’s visibility in the international education market.
2. Collaboration with Universities for Academic Writing Training o Establish relationships with universities to provide SSSI’s academic writing training courses directly to their students. o Develop and propose customized training solutions that meet the requirements of various educational institutions.
3. Coordination with International Marketing Agencies o Work closely with international marketing agencies in Australia, the UK, and other key regions to promote SSSI’s services. o Drive offline marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and enhance lead generation in international markets.
4. Office Setup and Expansion o Support the planning and setup of offline offices in strategic international locations. o Coordinate logistics, office branding, and launch activities to create a cohesive and productive environment.
5. Management of International Business Development Intern
o Lead and mentor the business development intern to execute offline marketing activities effectively.
o Oversee performance, set clear goals, and ensure alignment with SSSI’s international expansion strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably with a focus on international markets.
• Proven track record of forming partnerships with visa agencies, universities, or other educational entities.
• Strong understanding of international marketing dynamics, especially in Australia and the UK.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required for partnership development and office setup.
