Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Hindustan Recruitment. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is based in Mumbai, Lucknow, and Delhi. The ideal candidate will leverage their dynamic industry knowledge and business acumen to drive growth and expand our client base across these regions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must demonstrate strong sales skills to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in market research with the ability to analyze and synthesize market data to inform and increase business development strategies (Mandatory skill).
- Exhibit excellent analytical thinking to evaluate complex situations and develop strategic plans (Mandatory skill).
- Adept in negotiation with the capability to close deals and establish favorable terms with clients.
- Experience in strategic planning to devise and implement effective business strategies that align with company goals.
- Strong relationship building skills to maintain and expand the client base through effective communication and personalized service.
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate business insights and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in project management to oversee business development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to generate new leads and expand the client portfolio within assigned territories.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, evaluate competition, and assess potential business avenues.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
