Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior B2B International Sales professional to join our team in Mumbai, Bhayandar. In this full-time role, you will leverage your expertise in sales strategy and international business knowledge to drive business growth. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This position is pivotal in expanding our client base and enhancing relationships with international partners.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in sales strategy (Mandatory skill) and a proven track record in implementing effective sales processes.
- Strong understanding of international business knowledge (Mandatory skill) to navigate and strategize within global markets.
- Excellent negotiation skills, enabling the closing of deals and fostering agreement between parties.
- Effective market research abilities to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Proven relationship building skills, creating and maintaining robust connections with stakeholders.
- Cross-cultural communication skills to interact efficiently with diverse groups and understand cultural nuances.
- Experience in lead generation to establish potential client contacts and expand business opportunities.
- Competent in account management to oversee client accounts and ensure satisfaction and retention.
