Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of healthcare services and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to healthcare staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinate and facilitate clinical training programs for staff development and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and training.
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare teams and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage resources effectively to maximize operational efficiency within allocated budgets.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues promptly to enhance service delivery.
