Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive revenue growth and expand business or tenure scope. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Sales Training and Development:
- Train sales professionals and help improve their skills.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to achieve client goals and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and solutions in the areas of Operations, Marketing, and Product.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop targeted marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
- Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Analyze client needs, market trends, and industry insights to develop effective account plans.
- Implement account strategies to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in Partnership & Alliances within Healthcare or similar companies.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
- Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends and industry insights.

Qualification
- MBA degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
