Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Alliance Manager specializing in healthcare to join our team in Gurgaon. This full-time position requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will focus on building and managing strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry, leveraging their business development acumen to drive growth and collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to forge and maintain strategic partnerships, particularly in the healthcare sector (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, enabling effective partnership cultivation and sector-specific strategies (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated success in business development, with a track record of identifying and maximizing new opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Strong negotiation skills, essential for creating mutually beneficial partnership agreements and resolving any disputes.
- Proficient in project management, capable of handling multiple initiatives and ensuring timely delivery and execution.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, necessary for clear and persuasive interactions with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess partnership performance, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Effective market research skills to analyze industry trends and stay ahead of emerging opportunities for partnership.
