  • Proven experience in IT project management with the capability to manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to deployment.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with previous experience in team management and ability to motivate team members.
  • Experience in vendor management, including selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in system integration and the ability to ensure seamless operation between various software applications and systems.
  • Solid understanding of network security principles and practices to protect organizational data and prevent security breaches.
  • In-depth knowledge of database management with experience in maintaining and optimizing database performance.
  • Skill in IT budgeting, including forecasting expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring cost-efficient solutions.

  • Manage and oversee IT projects related to LS Retail Software from initiation through deployment.
