Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Visa Counsellor to join our team - As a Visa Counsellor, Guide the students and clients about the visa application process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience. Your expertise will help the individuals to achieve their dreams for studying, working, or settling in abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance to students or professionals regarding visa requirements, documentation, and application processes.
• Application Assistance: Assist the person for filling out visa applications and ensure that all documents should be in the order for submission.
• Documentation Review: Ensure accuracy and completeness of application forms with all supporting documents.
• Visa Processing: Monitor the status of applications and keep the person updated throughout the process.
• Follow-up & Support: Offer continuous support to clients post-visa submission and assist with any queries or concerns.
• Stay Updated: Keep yourself updated about the latest visa policies, rules and regulations, and procedures for various countries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in visa counseling or immigration services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of visa regulations for popular study destinations (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Germany and more).
