Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team at Hex Business Innovations. As an HR specialist, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Faridabad, Haryana, India, and is suitable for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with HR software and tools
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in cold calling and team leadership will be an added advantage
• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee performance management process
• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies
• Assist in organizing training and development programs
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Support HR administration tasks, such as payroll and leave management
