Job Overview

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's relationship with existing clients, as well as actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities. This role is based in Vadodara and is a full-time position. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of various financial instruments, investment products, and market trends, enabling them to provide tailored financial solutions to clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Min 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and drive business growth
• Good understanding of business propositions
• Sales-focused mindset with the ability to identify and pursue prospects

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their financial needs, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional customer service.
2. New Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients within the financial securities market to expand the client base and achieve business growth targets.
3. Financial Planning: Collaborate with clients to assess their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences, and develop comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies accordingly.
4. Investment Planning: Offer expert guidance on a diverse range of financial services, including Equity Broking, Commodity Broking, Mutual funds and Insurance/Corporate FD’s, aligned with clients' risk profiles and objectives.
5. Portfolio Analysis: Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analysis to ensure client investments are on track to meet their financial goals as suggested by client.
6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management protocols when providing financial advice and executing transactions.
