Job description

The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Job Posting daily on CRM, and WordPress and maintaining google Sheets.

2. Follow up and work on compensation negotiations with potential candidates.

3. Shortlist resumes and maintains the database.

4. Take care of the organization's resource management.

5. Handle profile assessments of potential candidates and schedule and conduct interviews.

6. screening and shortlisting interns.


Required Candidate Profile

-Experience in sourcing

- Experience with Google sheets, Excel

- Good English communication skills
