Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager specializing in Portfolio Management Services (PMS) to join our team at Hem Securities Ltd. This full-time, senior-level position is based in Jaipur or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience and a strong background in portfolio sales, optimization, and management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with portfolio sales (Mandatory skill), showcasing a high level of expertise and strong client engagement tactics.
- Deep understanding of portfolio optimization principles to ensure client portfolios are aligned with market trends and risks.
- Extensive market research capabilities, able to interpret complex financial data to provide actionable insights and strategies.
- Demonstrated success in high-net-worth individuals (HNI) sales, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficient in portfolio management, maintaining a client-focused approach dedicated to achieving their financial goals.
- Strong knowledge of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), with the ability to integrate these into client portfolios effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for interacting with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, able to devise innovative solutions to complex client requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive portfolio sales, aiming to achieve and exceed targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights for portfolio optimization.
- Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring satisfaction and sustained engagement through personalized services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development plans.
- Analyze client portfolios to recommend strategies for optimization and diversification, tailored to their financial objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to maintain Hem Securities' market leadership.
- Ensure compliance with the latest financial regulations and organizational standards while managing client portfolios.
