Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Team Leader for our Sales division, based in Bangalore. This is a full-time role requiring 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients
