• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with clients and candidates for various staffing needs.
• Provide detailed information about job opportunities to prospective candidates and answer any queries they may have.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all communications and interactions in the company database.
• Assist in the screening and shortlisting process of candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with clients and candidates post-interview to gather feedback and provide updates.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with client needs.
