Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing professional to join our team at Hemocean Outsourcing. This is a full-time position located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in digital marketing and will be responsible for driving our online marketing strategies to new heights.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in Social Media Marketing (Mandatory skill)
• Proven experience in Email Marketing, including campaign creation and performance tracking
• Strong skills in Content Marketing, with the ability to produce engaging and effective content
• Analytics capabilities, including the use of tools like Google Analytics to measure and optimize performance
• Experience with PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising, including managing budgets and optimizing for ROI
• Ability to formulate and execute a comprehensive Digital Strategy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.ent daily
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to ensure strong and efficient web presence
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
• Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
