• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in using chat and email systems
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements

• Responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate information and product support to customers through chat and email channels
• Assisting customers with product selection, order placement, and issue resolution
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Identifying and escalating priority issues and ensuring effective resolution
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
• Documenting customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes
